Create Dapps

Dapps are central pieces that provide your end users with an integrated Web3+2 experience. Pick a Dapp type that fits your integration goals. You can create multiple Dapps to offer complete experiences1.

Dapp Types

Aftermint currently supports these Dapp types on Ethereum and Polygon PoS. Certain Dapp types support additional blockchains. We plan to expand our range of Dapp types and blockchain support in the future.

Verification

Use this type of Dapp to verify ERC-721 or ERC-1155 token (NFT) ownership.

This Dapp type supports both Ethereum and Polygon PoS.

Example use cases include:

  • Enable third-party merchants to easily offer perks to your token holders
  • NFT-gated physical access, such as club access or at venue entrances
  • Exclusive merchandise for NFT holders at retail locations
  • NFT-based loyalty programs
  • NFT-based affliate programs

Discovery Portal

List your Dapp or event on our Discovery Portal for:

  • Token holders to explore perks associated with their tokens.
  • Restaurants, merchants, and service providers to offer perks to token holders.

There are two types of Discovery Portals:

Global Portal (Coming Soon)

A single global portal is managed by Aftermint. There is no need for you to create it. Simply add locations from the dashboard to showcase what you offer to token holders.

White Label Portal

A white-labeled portal allows for advanced customization, such as brand styling, location approval, map constraints, etc. The white label portal is available only to enterprise customers. For more information, refer to our enterprise plan (opens in a new tab).

Creating Dapps

Sign In to the Dashboard

Skip this step if you have already signed in; otherwise, please follow the instructions here.

Navigate to the Create Dapps Page

When you sign in for the first time, you will automatically land on the 'Create Dapp' page. You can access this page at any time after signing in by clicking the 'Create Dapp' tile in the menu. On a desktop browser, the menu is expanded by default on the left side. On a mobile browser, the menu can be accessed by clicking the button with three straight lines at the top left.

Pick a Dapp Type

Once you land on the 'Create Dapps' page, you can select a Dapp type to create. Click on the one you wish to create to proceed.

Refer to the above section for more details on the different Dapp types.

Configure Dapp

Once you have picked a type, you will be directed to the Dapp configuration page. Enter all the required settings. Some setting values can be obtained from your minting platform, smart contracts, Etherscan, Polygonscan, or NFT marketplaces like OpenSea.

Create Dapp

Click the 'Create Dapp' button at the bottom to create your Dapp. Once the Dapp is successfully created, you will be directed to the 'Your Dapps' page, which will display the Dapp you have just created.
